📄 Terms of Service | ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলি
Welcome to Sunnah Food. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms.
সুন্নাহ ফুড-এ স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার ও অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।
✅ 1. Order Policy | অর্ডার নীতিমালা
- You must provide the correct name, mobile number, and delivery address while placing an order.
আপনি অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ঠিকানা প্রদান করবেন। - All orders are on Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment must be made upon receiving the product.
সব অর্ডার ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ভিত্তিতে। পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে। - After confirming the order, our representative will contact you via phone or Messenger.
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর আমাদের প্রতিনিধি ফোন বা মেসেঞ্জারে যোগাযোগ করবেন। - If there's any product issue, you must inform us within 24 hours.
পণ্যে সমস্যা থাকলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদেরকে জানাতে হবে। - Orders may not be changeable or cancellable after confirmation.
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর পরিবর্তন বা বাতিলের অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে। - We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or false order.
কোনও সন্দেহজনক বা ভুল তথ্য থাকলে অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার আমাদের সংরক্ষিত।
🚚 2. Delivery Policy | ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা
- We use trusted courier partners for secure and fast delivery.
আমরা নির্ভরযোগ্য কুরিয়ার পার্টনার ব্যবহার করি দ্রুত ও নিরাপদ ডেলিভারির জন্য।

Delivery Time | ডেলিভারির সময়:
- Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days
ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১-২ কর্মদিবস - Outside Dhaka: 2-5 business days
ঢাকার বাইরে: ২-৫ কর্মদিবস
Delivery Charge | ডেলিভারি চার্জ:
- Will be informed at the time of order confirmation or as per ongoing offer.
অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের সময় জানানো হবে বা অফার অনুযায়ী।
Tracking | ট্র্যাকিং:
- Tracking number will be shared upon request after shipment.
শিপমেন্টের পরে কাস্টমারের অনুরোধে ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর প্রদান করা হয়।
Delays | বিলম্ব:
- Natural disasters or traffic may cause delivery delays.
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা বাহ্যিক কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
🔄 3. Return & Exchange | পণ্য ফেরত ও পরিবর্তন নীতি
- Inform us within 24 hours if the product is wrong, defective, or damaged.
ভুল, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা খারাপ পণ্য হলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে। - Returned products must be unused and in original condition.
ফেরতের সময় পণ্য ব্যবহারহীন ও অক্ষত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
📦 4. Product Availability | পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা
- Some products may be seasonal or limited in stock.
কিছু পণ্য মৌসুমী বা সীমিত স্টকে থাকতে পারে। - Availability will be confirmed while placing the order.
অর্ডার করার সময় পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা যাচাই করা হবে।
🔐 5. Privacy Policy | গোপনীয়তা নীতি
- Your personal data is only used for processing and delivering your order.
আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কেবল অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারির জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়। - We never share your data with third parties.
তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে কখনোই তথ্য শেয়ার করি না।

- Sunnah Food reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
সুন্নাহ ফুড যে কোনো সময় শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে। - Any updates will be notified via our website or Facebook page.
পরিবর্তন হলে ওয়েবসাইট বা ফেসবুক পেজে জানানো হবে।
